    "Charlton said because of Koorbatoff's fraud, the company was teetering on bankruptcy and was liquidated and sold to an Australian company, Molopo.

    Molopo, he said, in turn sold the same piece of Manitoba land involved in the fraud and received $180 million, essentially the amount of which shareholders were deprived."
