Yes Oz you have led the charge on this and identified the real end game for sometime now.
The price controllers for lack of a better word have seen an opportunity and stolen the baby.
They have seen off every challenge to the price moving upward and capped enthusiasm of investors.
It hardly seems right! It might be worth topping up for the ten percent!
