    Who decides if an announcement is price sensitive anyway?

    I must admit I always check the announcements price sensitive or otherwise on any share I am following or own as I can not for the life of me figure out how they decide if it is (on some of them). I have seen some marketed price sensitive and can't discern why, and seen others and wondered why they aren't marked.
