So LNC owns this cheap coal that it bought for a song, they use their process of UCG to make Syngas to feed a power station. Then, from the power station they can capture the CO2 and whilst keeping the greenies happy they can make a motza by pumping the CO2 down some semi-depleted oil wells to recover stranded oil and earn even more cash?

Of course the big risk is if any there are any environmental issues. But it sounds like a pretty good story for me.
