I think it's time to have a clean out at Board level. Re employing ex staff who left to Board/Consultant positions stinks of lifestyle appointment.
If NP was on a two year contract, why was it necessary to double his pay and give him 250mil shares. He was always leaving in pursuit of his retirement.
And Rob Mosig's performance as MD was hardly warranting a Board position as a reward (and a big chunk of free shares). J. Busing didn't have enough time to perform his duties as company Sec. so had to employ another one to share this task. I didn't hear anything about him only receiving half the pay packet. Also voted himself a pile of free shares. The task is simple, copy what DeGrey did to find gold. The process has been done over the fence.
They held on to the USA lithium sites for ages considering they must have held no value, because we didn't sell them anyone. Just handed them back to save money.
