A bit early yet considering we don't have a PFS or even a scoping study. Given the depth, grade and location I would say well under $1000, maybe even under $750.
The real value of BC8 is its close location to Kalgoorlie which makes toll treatment (no plant) a real option. If you don't have to spend a fortune on building a plant then things become a lot more interesting. Add in the exploration upside and there is a lot to like about BC8.
Even more importantly than the resource is the management. Solly and the team know what they are doing (unlike some other companies I have invested in) and they want to mine. More than half the struggle in investing in junior explorers is finding competent management.
