    got that feeling this may be due for a large spike into the .20's+, wise owl has put a buy with a target of .35, & in recent announcements they have mentioned they are looking for aquistions, considering GOP is at 10 month highs & only 737,000 gone through, seems it is being very tightly held for possibly a move further.

    One to watch closely.
