i couldn't agree more.
they seem to change their target prices after the company has fallen
they seem to keep pace with the stock but rarely ever lead
you'd think if they were so called experts they would lead
there are only few good ones around I reckon
brain Johnson seems to be pretty good on banks
of all the analysts
deutsche seems to be on the mark here

Having said all of the above, near term earnings momentum remains negative, says Deutsche. $900m in the bank should ensure this company should survive the current downturn. Those are not my words, but Deutsche's.
Interesting detail: the broker suggests investors may have to wait until the second half of 2009 to see metals prices bottom. Also, note the broker now anticipates fiscal 2008 will see a loss for the company. And no dividends are anticipated for years to come. "

however not sure about metals prices bottoming in the second half of 2009
one year away is a long time
