If I recall correctly, lbl made of a bit of a splash about 2 years ago. Business in NSW had been growing very well, the company was expanding into Queensland through a large acquisition, and the company started paying dividends. But the expansion was miss timed with the downturn in Queensland coal. Queensland made large losses until it was eventually sold in the last half-year, with additional costs and writedowns. Nsw was going ok, but less profitable due to relocation of facilities. It seems that management has lost trust of newer investors, with the sell down that you refer to.
LBL has since begun business in SA, supposedly with better customer support and Greg Hooper relocating to SA to drive operation. Sales from main SA customer, Gearhart, were below estimates, but the co is still positive about future growth prospects.
There might have to me solid evidence of real sales/profit growth before the share price goes anywhere. The massive growth that you noted in the other thread is just returning to "normal" after very ordinary results in the previous year, so jury is still out. All IMO.
Company announcements seem to be pretty good at telling it how it is. And I think it is a good thing that a company with origins as a family business was quite quick to acknowledge the mistakes of the Queensland expansion and cut losses.
