BARRY SELLS SHAREHOLDING IN FLINDERS DIAMONDS
Flinders Diamonds Limited (Flinders) announced yesterday that the US based shareholder, Mr Patric
Barry, has ceased to be a shareholder of the Company with the recent disposal of 4,000,000 shares. Mr
Patric Barry is President of Tiger International Resources Inc (Tiger) and was a defendant in a recent
South Australian Supreme Court case between Flinders and Mr Barry and his associates.
Apart from Mr Barry’s personal sales, in a recent press release to the Canadian Stock Exchange Tiger
stated that: “The Company intends to sell its shareholding in Flinders”.
Tiger added that the payment of costs awarded to Flinders had been agreed for the sum of A$200,000,
payable within 60 days of August 10 2004. This date has since been extended for a further 60 days to
10 December 2004, by order of the court.
