I remember a news article in the platinum paper, i think, where PLAs BEE was sharing water with the locals..I think they must have their water license..
which might prove valuable to a co in admin and in quite a strategic location...if anyone was short?....but i dont know how such things are acquired and dealt with or if indeed a subject of procurement...
after reading these articles I thought that a WL might be a valuable asset...
