Depends on what the current shareholders do. When people wake up it shouldn't unless there is something that isn't currently in the public arena.
With sufficient cash to fully pay debt and still continue operations it really is a no brainer for those with patience and time.
Looking at the EV it seems as though there currently isn't any. Consider the companies that really have no reason for being listed and some of those have EV much greater than SBB.
