Checked out the management firstly then their projects then their outlook..checked out other peoples opinions..then checked for negatives everywhere.... decided it had good potential ..so invested..and have done well from it..all good so far and i don't see problems in the near future..always re-evaluating , and if i did see an issue i would certainly let others know quickly..
