Does anyone else think LUM it still too expensive?
Firstly to roll out signs don't they need the green stuff?? They only have some $5m cash in the bank and that last sign cost $1m. Even a 50:50 venture means LUM gets 50% less profit.
For the stock price to take off they need to get solid advertising revenues from these signs to get more than a 10% return on the investment in the sign. Could be done as I can see someone paying $100k pa to get their product on one of those signs. Trouble is what about their expenses?? Wouldn't they also have to pay who every owns the property??
Anyhow, I'm sure people here know it better than me and I hope it works out for you.
Cheers,
Munch
