might see a higher close

At first didn't really look much into vpg but did have a little time last week to look at a few things and purchase a small parcel and must say gearing levels and debt levels are ok compared to other reits and by looking at the slides via their presentation i feel comfortable with their debt maturity and the servicing of debt (DYOR) compared to other reits. I think we might see a higher close today and vpg trading in double figures soon and nicely moving up.
