Only 50% of their holdings are mandatory escrowed, there is some voluntary escrow on top of that as well. In total about 60% of the SOI under escrow for 12-24 months. The broker and corporate advisor have been buying heavy over the past few days. I’m sure the market will react well to material news flow, and with the buying pattern today I think another fund has entered. We will know on Wednesday! It is my understanding that Alium are done selling.
