Hardest part in building a studio is getting a good team together. MK has that (top and bottom of the hierarchy) and now the capital to focus on releasing titles and growing the revenue.
Same with Playside that one hit game and the revenue will 5x+ (if it's a mega hit like a Crossy Road or Garden Scapes etc it's then 50x) Easier said than done I know but having a large team and multiple titles in dev helps those chances.
