iHub says SPCL has a market cap of $US744K which is not the $US13 million you stated @Bolics.
SPCL has issued shares of 104.7 million and MIG has issued shares of 316 million.
My guess is that SPCL will issue MIG with 316 million shares to acquire Project Goth Inc. That would be a dilution of approximately 25% mollified by the value of Pixelmag.
