    Ignore the SPCL share count via internet. the OS is 1.8 billion commons, and the AS is 2.16 billion commons. MIG/affiliates/shareholders will be issued 45% of the company as indicated by the fully diluted share information released by MIG. A large portion of this will be in convertible notes, with some dilution into commons for shareholders.
