Like yourself, I've also sent emails to Mig but with no response !

Going by the last statement (April 24 ?), the deal is supposed to go ahead by the end of this month if shareholders agree to the deal, but I've received nothing in the mail in regards to voting.

The share price for Solaris (in the US), has also gone down over 25% since the Mig / Solaris announcement..
