I guess what you are saying is put ATM's in the newsagents which can then provide access to cash AND prepaid mobile credits..... not a bad idea but forget bill paying though...BPAY have snuffed that business model out. Do you need to t/o BXP, though, or just buy them out of their agreements with the telco carriers?
