even if you at the “Block” in 2023 thats a pretty good example of whats happening in many places …. last stroke of the hammer and he went from $4.2m asking for an extra $50k straight to $5m
he knows it wasn’t worth $5m just raffles it off

I was speaking to someone the other day they had a house locked in at $1.8 million - Chinese guy straight in $2.4m and it was gone
