gdb an interesting assessment and probably quite accurate. Perhaps you should start telling them the wrong thing to do and maybe they will then do the right thing :)
However I have a feeling that they are maybe just a bit shocked with the lack of support with this rights issue. It might just get them thinking a bit and get them to listen more to shareholders. Although they did raise over $800,000 in a very poor market which should not be sneezed at maybe but as they had to struggle to get even that much it does send the directors a warning to sharpen their act better I would think. (However just one piece of good news would put that struggle far in the background.)
