we had so few cases in Oz that it's not measurable if the other states systems would have held
my guess is - they wouldn't have held if they had larger case loads
indeed, I'm very pleased that Tas got it back in the bag - as has Vic
it is simplistic thinking that because some states didn't have outbreaks that they did things correctly ----------- that's foolish thinking - deadly foolish at that
