Well well, what do you know

Two out of five ain’t bad with another (Crisp) on a week’s leave starting today and rumoured not to come back at all.

So resignations yet to come to give me a clean sweep are Crisp, Peake and Andrews.

How am I going old boy?

And at todays’s presso Credlin got her man. Andrews is gone.

Credlin raised a new issue today about why Unified Security advised staff around 12:30pm on 27th March to complete the Federal Health Dept in-line COVID-19 test by 2:30pm so that they could be part of hotel quarantine security. At around 12:30pm on that day Eccles left the National Cabinet to instruct various Vic dept heads.

The standard form contract to cover private security guards that the Vic government used has a clause that only contractors could be used if they had completed the online course.

The only problem for Andrews is that he claims that no decision was made on private security until later in the day on the 27th March. Who told Unified Security who then instructed contractor staff to do the online test by 2:30pm.

The only logical conclusion that can be reached is that the decision to use private security in Vic quarantine hotels had already be made (for Victoria) before the national cabinet meeting concluded around 1pm on 27th March 2020.

Credlin has done a huge of forensic examination of timelines and meeting outcomes. Andrews was clearly rattled by Credlin again today.

    Andrews is G.O.N.E.
