Mikalya, you present as the man in the know, and to date have been nothing but bullish and supportive of management. This change of sentiment is out of left field.

You make it sound like a make or break deal is brewing. Can you expand upon your fears please?

(i personally can't see how managements interests and shareholders interests could be any different at this stage. But i'm not in the know.)
