At the end of the day I am happy with the $3.30 cash offer as I have made a good profit out of this Co...I only wish my other shares did just as well as this Co did !!!! But who knows what the next few days may bring with this Co. I for one would like BHP or RIO to do a counter offer and see the faces of regent and Consol" executives. I don't think FMG would be impressed either.
Personally, I do think that MY will move on straight after this deal has been completed. I don't think that his future will be with Regent / Consol' after what they have done to BCI and his extraordinary endeavours. How could he ever trust or respect them again. These are only my views as I don't really know what happened here behind closed doors so I am only speculating in what I say.
If I was MY I would get a list of S/holders and go into a new venture as I am sure that at least 90% of shareholders would contribute to a new venture/capital raising ..IPO
