I think its a done deal well and truely as I am sure loose lips "the word" would have got out by now if someone else was interested.
I would expect Regent has told their legal and financial people that they wanted the deal finalised ...yesterday.
I suppose the only thing they are waiting for now is confirmation of independant report for S/holders that the offered price is OK for S/holders to accept the bid.
