Perfect example of why the mining industry is losing support in Colorado. During the dozens of meetings in Weld County, PowerTech promised that they would be able to maintain and/or restore the quality of the water to baseline. When Colorado passed legislation that would hold to the exact standard they promised to uphold, they sue. The mining industry is their own worst enemy.
