Remember last time when the court application was thrown out, we received a signed letter from Mike Hirst, telling us that this lawsuit will not get up and we'd be better off paying our loans back. He also copied the ASX. Well, where is the letter telling us the lawsuit will go ahead despite the combined efforts of Bingo bank, GTP and the other Banks to prevent this.
This bank needs competent leadership and appropriate risk management! This will not happen under the current "leadership" team. Get rid of the CEO and the Board and appoint competence rather than "old boys"!
