I thing we're just talking about semantics here. Phish was right in saying they are bankable contracts, but for the purposes of securing funding for the plant build, not short term needs.
I was concerned at another cap raise when we were at 3c levels but less concerned now if VMY have to raise at 9c.
There's been no shortage of raises by U companies.
PEN, BOE and LOT had raises a while back. BMN, DYL raised recently and LOT will raise (again) tomorrow.
There may be others I have missed.
Capital structure of uranium companies are in a little better shape now now. PEN got shafted because of their debt but even the shares issued in their rights issue are well in the money now.
