I’m absolutely certain that any raising would not be at substantial discount to shareprice . And would be wise , for clear movement forward for the company . (Also likely be double + , probably triple of any funds sought - oversubscribed x multiples)
And the shareprice often never dips to a CR price - in many important companies lately . Even when they raise to takeover a mine & are only a developer ! ( aka - CYM raise , AIS during the year . Many others )
The shareprice - Jumps ! As the news is so bullish . Particularly due to the quality of some of the investors who end up putting in funds .
Can be one respected entity turns up to offer all and any funds that can best set the company moving up and forwards to production or commercialisation . Eg you get a major partner on the books or significant fund or investor . David Williams recently in stocks held and Gina Rinehart interests . Andrew Forrest of course . Vimy already has notable cornerstone substantial holder/ holders who may well have the connections or desire to see VMY fully funded through the next years until into production. * The Board usually gets further strengthened as company moves forward also . The Board is already strong.
I say again- poster should ask for his post to be removed . Elsewise I hope readers who might have been frightened or believed the trollop , will see overall situation of Vimy & forwards from here - more clearly .
** VMY is actually under- valued. Right now if investors including larger entities wanted shares - the only way to get them is to buy on market .
No one should be posturing to tell people to sell into more knowledgable (value) investors hands .
