Bell came on board 14 Dec 2020. The first six months would have been spent on reviewing all the "WT Heck" issues. I think still reasonable that it would take a year since to re-energise any of the initially interested parties who fell away and needed to know a new boy was on the job. There needs to be at least one very good ..or two good contracts between now and 1 July. There is still time. In my opinion.
Recall there is an entity suppressing the sp to 16 c. if inclined to leave, it does mean 16c is readily available if it appeals. Obviously not if you bought Jan 2021.
One criticism, Bell could have at least shaved before the interview. The contrast between interviewer and interviewee is stark. Whats the messaging intended?
