I think the directors of MIK have gone to great lengths to protect shareholders interests. And I believe they will continue to do so. If they 'crack it huge' as Homer suggests they might (and I believe they will) then it would prove how brilliant the management are. And,Homer, MIK in my opinion have done well to get themselves in the position that they are currently in. And to me that looks like good management.
