The clearing house has stopped trading in pot stocks worldwide because, as the article actually states (and tellingly you didn't publish this bit), "the changing face of cannabis legislation in the United States – presumably because the decision was made due to legal concerns."

This is just you blatantly misrepresenting the facts to suit your negative biased opinion on CAN.
