    it only signed non-bonding agreement to purchase the site for $10.75 mill, but it did not say it has become unconditional yet. We should expect a news of site settlement very soon as it says the construction material already on the way to Australia. Once the site settlement or purchase agreement becomes unconditional, the SP will move above $3 imo,
