You are correct in a lot of ways but seems a little bit silly to procure all equipment for the entire facility even though only stage 1A will be operating and they are asking for a cap raise just to finish this stage. Equipment brought now will just sit in storage for years to come, warranty's out of date, new technology available.
Concrete pouring is part of construction again your correct but with my experience in the construction industry more so specialising in services. Concrete would be 20% of the project and the amount of equipment to install, Fit-off and commission afterwards is a insane amount of work to complete that's why IMO I think March 2022 to May 2022 is a more likely true forecast to have a completed Facility.
I really do think that the industry they are involved in has so much upside to it and the potential is huge, I'm just worried the upward costs and management by CANN to get the facility operational is a worry.
