Mildura site is a busy place, page-219

I went for a drive past the facility yesterday. A lot is happening around the site. They're starting to pour concrete around the outside of the building. It looks as if the inside is still being fitted out by the amount of equipment you can see waiting to be installed.
How long do we think the commissioning process will take before production?
Surely there will be a substantial amount of teething problems to sort before the product can be harvested?
Especially with the licencing of the product and having external trades in the facility.
It looks like late April to May before plants in the facility to me.
