Yeah thats fair, but they have de risked by having outdoor grows in both Victoria and Tasmania. Already done successful harvests out door in both locations. The other thing is too expansion is easy with outdoor grows, infact they have just applied for licenses to expand operations by over 100 fold. One successful crop on this area if approved would cover years of CANs high cost production. I dont think Australia is going to be a global producer of indoor grows based on electricity and labour costs. However with farming we have already proved to be that (look at poppy seeds cultivation in Tasmania) Everyone free to make their own decisions with info at hand, just my two cents.
