I think that a lot of the larger shareholders have just given up. However what they say to thier friends, associates and the investment community is incredibly damaging. No one wants to tip more money in and there is generally a feeling of Embarrassment that they have been part of such a disappointing outcome.
While there are legal steps that can be taken for fraud it is a pity that legal recourse is not available in cases of ineptitude and poor management.
I have not posted on this site for sometime and I may drop again but before I do I would have to say that the only hope the company has is to replace the board with competent people.
