US property FUBAR, UK property down 40%, Aus property has yet to slide even close to these levels, 1st homebuyer grants prolong the correction we have to have. IMO the market is forecasting that something similar here will occur, this is reflected in the "bargain" share price at first glance when comparing to subjective NTA figures that are at least 7 months old.

We won't know much until the half yearlies come out, and with VPG back on the short list next week I'm getting nervous...... My sentiment has changed from LT buy to ST Sell. (but for the stubborn Taurian bull in me I won't practice what I preach)

The thin volumes this morning is interpreted by a lot of one eyed bulls as good, unfortunately I see this as bad, 1 investor hiccups, sneezes or has their period and wants out and we're going back down to 6's and 5's very quick.
