Anyway, overhead a conversation after the action that I paid too much... Boy did that make me feel good.

Five years later the property has increased by 184% - done hardly anything to the property. But hey that is Vaucluse for you, LOL.

If you are in the market long term and use common sense, no need to worry. Lets see where BRN is in years to come...
