They have the tenement, the mine is cut and producing, the road is cut, land bought for stock pile, private jetty constructed, all machinery in place............you don't do all of this and not expect a long term customer.

Other food for thought, there are Indonesian coal companies being vigorously brought up ATM on the back of strong demand for thermal coal. CES will be a prime candidate.
