Dividends unlikely in a growth stock so early in its life in an emerging market that it is helping to create and shape. Dividends almost certain in the future if and when the company is profitable but can't see sufficient growth opportunities in which to invest all of its spare cash. Then there's somewhere in between where the company has sufficient cash to invest in growth with some still left over to return to shareholders as dividends.

I can't see dividends in the near term - so much growth potential to nurture and feed. Perhaps in a year or two when 3DP is a highly profitable company with a billion (US) dollar market cap, and Ian has certainly said he'd like to be able to pay at least a modest dividend in the future (hopefully fully franked!).
