Ian has indicated a couple of times that a modest dividend could be on the cards in the future. With such a high-margin business it's conceivable that it's just not practical/feasible to plough all of the profits back into manageable growth.
Agree that it's unlikely in the short term, but in a year or two it's not impossible.
