Employee benefits expenses 3(c)($1.5 Million Dollars)
Administration expenses 3(e) ($1.3 Million Dollars)
=======================================================
Exploration expenses 3(d) ($0.5 Million Dollars)
Basically: 2.8 Millions in Salaries & Benefit just 0.5 Million in Exploration.
Basically most money is going into Salaries and Benefits of employee while a tiny fraction goes into exploration.
I call it a disaster.
