I am following you Bystander.

My $8/Mcf is the $5/Mcf F&D + $3Mcf Trans, Taxes, Processing.

It gells with the $8 from the graph - we (ICN) may even be higher as further to transport (Gladstone vs Moomba)

I think the place where we differ is $5/Mcf F&D - I can't see that going to down to $3/Mcf.

Look at cost of Halifax - granted it was a science well but doubt there was change from $15M - and we don't know the EUR yet or how much is CO2.

I may be conservative and I could be way off but $3/Mcf is way too low for me.

I'll stick with:
$5/Mcf for getting raw gas out of the ground
$3/Mcf for taxes, getting it processing and transported
$3/Mcf for liquifaction and onto LNG Carrier

Only models at this point - and showing the sensitivity.
