    Has been for about 12 months now, keeping the price down for accumulation a buyer/s.

    We are in an uptrend and feel those sellers at 2.9-3.1 are cappers and will remove their orders and release the shackles so to speak.

    We will be in the 3's soon enough, breaking this downtrend for 5 months.
