It flew last time on the results but was hampered by firstly the impending need for capital which has now been secured for the next 2-3 years and secondly the small size of the pilot study if they can reaffirm those same results or better over a much larger study group then there shouldn't be anything to hold it back. I'd also take a spec that any deals or partners that were intrigued by the extraordinary results are waiting for the confirmation of those through this larger study before moving.
Also worth noting that the Phoremost license came through within a week of the last results whether they were the impetus who knows.
