Interesting to hear an update about this elusive partner process and now a UK holding company sell down. It's highly doubtful that amount of process and talking amounts to nothing... exciting times.
Talk of a final equity raise in July so you'd imagine share price will have popped by then with Posco being the biggest catalyst IMO.
So all eyes on Posco now with John postulating that the enormity of the Korean company is the reason signing the 40 mil will take time. Can't be too long, weeks not months if the July dream is to be believed.
I will note that yes, it may be true that we are the only non vertically integrated graphite miner ex-china, it is disingenuous to posit that we are the only miner capable of selling flake to AAM producers. Many, if not all vertically integrated miners will sell their excess graphite to any willing buyers.
Posco is in bed with Syrah too.
